A Three-Day Dream Wedding in Mallorca
When guests travel all the way from Ireland to Mallorca for a wedding, one day of celebration does not always feel like enough. Nadine and Michael wanted their wedding to be more than just a single day. They wanted to create a shared experience for themselves, their families and their closest friends.
For this Irish couple, we had the pleasure of creating a three-day wedding celebration in Mallorca. From a relaxed welcome evening at the port of Palma to an emotional ceremony at the historic Castell de Bendinat and an unforgettable party, every part of the weekend was designed to create lasting memories.
Day 1 – Setting the Scene for an Unforgettable Weekend
The wedding celebrations began with a relaxed get-together at Sky Nudos, located at the port of Palma.
The couple, their families and friends gathered to start the wedding weekend together. Delicious drinks, great food and relaxed music created the perfect setting for everyone to meet and settle into the celebrations.
With beautiful views over the harbour and the Mediterranean, the evening offered a relaxed and elegant start to the wedding weekend.
Day 2 – The Wedding Day at Castell de Bendinat
The second day was dedicated to the main celebration. From early in the morning, preparations were already underway at the impressive Castell de Bendinat.
Built in the 19th century in a Neo-Gothic style, the castle was commissioned by the 5th Marquess of La Romana. With its towers and romantic architecture, it resembles a European fairytale castle and created an unforgettable setting for the wedding day.
While the final details were being prepared, Nadine and Michael were getting ready for their big moment.
A Mediterranean Welcome with Live Music
At 3 pm, the guests arrived at Castell de Bendinat by transfer. They were welcomed at the pool with refreshing drinks and a special musical highlight.
A live singer accompanied their arrival, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. Surrounded by the Mediterranean landscape, the guests had time to enjoy the setting before making their way to the ceremony.
Where Love Took Centre Stage
The ceremony took place next to the castle, surrounded by an elegant setup and the historic architecture of Castell de Bendinat.
The ceremony began with the entrance of the bridesmaids and flower girls, followed by Nadine’s emotional entrance.
Live vocals accompanied the ceremony and added an especially romantic touch to the celebration. It was an intimate and emotional moment shared with their closest family and friends.
Champagne, Saxophone & the Start of the Celebration
Immediately after the ceremony, Nadine and Michael were welcomed with champagne and surrounded by their loved ones.
While the couple enjoyed their family and friends’ photos, the remaining guests made their way back to the pool for cocktail hour.
Refreshing drinks, delicious food and a saxophonist created an elegant yet lively atmosphere. The Champagne Wall and Aperol stand added two stylish highlights to the poolside setting.
When Dinner Turns into a Celebration
As the evening continued, the guests moved to a beautifully designed dinner setup overlooking the stunning Castell de Bendinat.
After the newlyweds were welcomed with cheers and applause, heartfelt speeches from family and friends followed.
But the dinner was far from a traditional sit-down wedding dinner. Live music continued throughout the evening, gradually turning the atmosphere into a celebration of its own.
Guests were already dancing and celebrating around their tables while enjoying their meal. The combination of exceptional food, live entertainment and an incredible setting made the dinner a true wedding experience.
A Cake, a Bouquet & a Surprise No One Saw Coming
The traditional cake cutting was followed by the bouquet toss and another unforgettable moment.
Michael had prepared a truly special surprise for his bride during their first dance: he hired the original artist of one of Nadine’s favourite songs to surprise her with a live performance.
The surprise created an incredibly emotional moment and was a huge success. The excitement was taken to the next level by a cold spark effect, which marked the beginning of the party inside the Castell. Surrounded by family and friends, Nadine and Michael celebrated their big day with endless energy, plenty of dancing, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
Day 3 – One Last Day in Paradise
The third day was all about spending a little more time together before bringing the wedding weekend to an end.
Nadine, Michael and their guests gathered once again at Siso Beach, where they could relax after the celebrations and look back on the unforgettable moments of the previous days.
The relaxed setting by the sea gave everyone the opportunity to spend some final time together, exchange memories and enjoy each other’s company before saying goodbye.
It was the perfect way to close a three-day celebration: relaxed, personal and surrounded by the people who had travelled to Mallorca to share these special moments.
